Plaintiff brought this action of ejectment to recover possession of a house and lot in the Township of Pulaski, Beaver County, Pa., and for mesne profits. Willard L. Beacom, plaintiff’s brother, owned the premises from 1917 to 1926, when he conveyed to his sister, Adelaide P. Beacom, who lives in Allegheny County. Through her brother, Willard L. Beacom, plaintiff rented the property. The plaintiff laid down her paper title.
