The Chicago Title and Trust Company, A.H. Welch, Nathan Lapidus, Henry A. Eck, F.W. Morf, George Middendorf, Henry E. Coyne, Peter Wessies and Harry Snyder, appellants, formed an association known as the Produce Service Trust, the general purpose of which was to acquire property for a new produce market in the city of Chicago. The present suit was brought by them in the circuit court of Cook county to obtain specific performance of a real estate contract executed under the circumstances hereinafter described.
