The plaintiff brought a bill in equity for an accounting by the defendants for money obtained by them from certain insurance companies, and to order the balance thereof, if any, paid to him, and to enjoin the defendant Mattie Doucette from attempting to collect a certain promissory note, dated August 10, 1928, for $750, executed by the plaintiff and payable six months from its date to said defendant Doucette, until the further order of the court, and from “assigning, negotiating, or in any other way transferring” it.
