Appellant William K. Williams appeals a decision of the Jefferson County Circuit Court affirming appellee Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy’s ruling suspending the license of appellant to practice physical therapy for a period of three months and placing appellant on probation for a period of nine months after the completion of the suspension. On appeal, appellant argues the following: (1) that the trial court erred in ruling the Board’s decision, suspending the license of appellant for three months and then placing appellant on probation for nine months…
