MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DAVID H. ADAMS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on motions from several landlords of debtor seeking payment of post-petition rental obligations as administrative expenses. Debtor, the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee and several of the landlords have presented briefs and argument on the method this Court should adopt to calculate post-petition rental and tax obligations.
