NUGENT, Bankruptcy Judge.
El Paso Properties Corp. and Janus Financial Corporation (“Appellants”) appeal an Order Extending Time Within Which Trustee May Assume or Reject Unexpired Lease of El Paso Distribution Center (“Extension Order”) entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico. El Paso Properties Corp. (“El Paso”) is the lessor, as nominee for the owners, of a warehouse.
