MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter coming on before the Court, after notice to all parties in interest, for hearing in Greensboro, North Carolina upon the motion by the Trustee for approval of the assumption, assignment and sale of the Debtors’ interests under a lease (the “Lease”) with Hartrampf Outdoor, LLP (“Hartrampt”) and other property located at 5585 S.
