An appeal to the Superior Court challenging a decree of the Probate Court for the district of Newington underlies the present appeal. The Probate Court decree authorized the defendant, Karen R. Lynch, to sell certain real property in which the plaintiffs, Rosalie B. Zanoni and Paul Zanoni, claimed to have acquired absolute title. Both plaintiffs now appeal from the judg*311ment of the trial court upholding the Probate Court’s decree.
