The issue in this appeal is whether the executor of an estate, who has been authorized to market certain real property of a decedent to satisfy the financial obligations of the decedent’s estate, has the power to evict an occupant to whom the property has specifically been devised by the will of the decedent. The plaintiff, Arthur E. Scott, Jr., executor of the estate of Barbara H.
