OPINION

NIX, Chief Justice.

In this appeal, appellant, Douglas R. Cassel, M.D., seeks review of an Order of the Superior Court reversing the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County in favor of appellant and remanding the matter solely for a determination of damages. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part and remand the matter to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
