— William L. Hutchins was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Washington on October 16, 1950, and has since pursued his profession in King County, Washington.

On August 23, 1963, a formal complaint was filed before the Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association charging him with violations of Canons of Professional Ethics 11, 21, and 29, and Rule for Discipline of Attornews 2G, RCW vol. 0.
