Darrell S. Thompson, the Respondent in this case, was charged in a three-count Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action with numerous violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law and the now-superseded Code of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys at Law. Pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23, this Court appointed a hearing officer, who, after full hearing, filed findings of fact and conclusions of law with the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Indiana on May 21, 1992.
