The Respondent in this case, Frederick LaCava, has been charged with knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal, communicating ex parte with a party other than as authorized by law, and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of law, in violation of Rules 3.4(c), 3.5(b), and 8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law.
