The appellant was convicted in a jury trial of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He was sentenced to six years imprisonment on each count to run consecutively.
Testimony was presented to the effect that the events for which the appellant was convicted took place while the appellant was babysitting for three young children, an eight-year-old boy, his six-year-old sister, and another girl who was nine years old.
