MAJOR, Chief Judge.
Plaintiif commenced this action for the recovery of damages against certain officials of the City of Chicago and others (named as defendants) pursuant to the Federal Civil Rights Act, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 43, 47 and 48. 1 The complaint sets forth detailed allegations of police brutality, which it was alleged the defendants (except defendant Kennelly) committed pursuant to a conspiracy.
