OPINION OF THE COURT
SEITZ, Circuit Judge.
Romero-Vilca appeals the district court’s order denying his motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1982) to vacate his conviction. The district court had jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2241(c)(3), 2255 (1982). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1291, 2255 (1982).
Romero-Vilca pled guilty to conspiring to conceal material facts and statements on United States Immigration and Naturalization forms 1-130 and I-130E in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 (1982). 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1982). He was sentenced to four years imprisonment. While in custody, he was…
