The Chapter 11 debtor, J.T. Moran Financial Corp., and its affiliate corporation, J.T. Moran & Co., Inc., collectively referred to as (“the debtor”) have moved for summary judgment on their adversary complaint against the defendant, Phonetel Technologies, Inc. (“Phonetel”), a corporation having its principal place of business in Cleveland, Ohio. The debtor seeks to recover against Phonetel on two causes of action.
