William D. Schumacher (hereinafter “Schumacher” or “plaintiff’) brought this action for payment of money due under a guaranty against Robert J. White (hereinafter ‘White” or “defendant”). In particular, plaintiff alleges that defendant owes him money due under the terms of a guaranty entered into concurrent with and regarding the purchase of Schumacher’s stock by Elemco Testing Co., Elemco Electrical Construction Co., Inc., and Elemco Industries, Inc.
