Defendants have filed objections to the proposed findings and conclusions of the Hon. Howard Schwartzberg, United States Bankruptcy Judge, dated January 7, 1991. Defendants had moved in the District Court for a withdrawal of the reference to the bankruptcy court and to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P. This court had, by order dated December 14, 1990, referred the motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) to the bankruptcy court to submit proposed findings and recommendations with respect to the motion.
