The bill charges infringement of reissue patent of the United States No. 11,843, granted July 31, 1900, and United States patent No. 927,609, granted July 13, 1909. .Both patents were assigned to and are owned by the complainant. No. i 1,843 was granted to James Craig and Frank F. Slocomb for an improvement in leather-staking machines, and No. 927,609, hereinafter referred to as the breast roll patent, was granted to Frank F.
