POLLOCK, District Judge.
This appeal challenges the correctness of the decree entered in the trial court holding defendant to be guilty . *633neither of the contributory infringement of complainant’s rights secured to it by letters patent, nor of unfair competition in business in the furnishing to the owners of patented equipment repair parts necessary to maintain their machines in operation and repair.
