This is an appeal from the decree entered by the trial court which terminated appellant’s parental rights in her children, M.T., R.T. and H.T. The following issues are presented for our review: (1) whether there was sufficient evidence to establish that the conditions which led to the placement of the children with the Lycoming County Children & Youth Services would not or could not be remedied within a reasonable period of time with the provision of reasonably available services; and (2) whether the trial court erred in admitting the following into evidence: (a) various out-of-court…
