This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Kings County Court, rendered July 27, 1915, convicting him *612of the crime of perjury in having made certain false material statements in the quarterly report of the Union Bank of the borough of Brooklyn, which was verified by him April 2, 1910. The sentence was of imprisonment in the State’s prison at Sing Sing (now Ossining) for an indeterminate term of not less than one year and not more than two.
