THE COURT.
Plaintiff appeals from a judgment quieting the title of defendant Bettencourt to certain real property in Glenn County. Plaintiff’s claim of title is based upon a tax deed of J. J. Ossenbriggen, county treasurer of Colusa County, as trustee of the bond fund of reclamation district 2047, within which district the lands involved herein are located. This deed is dated August 12, 1927, and was duly and properly recorded in Glenn County on August 13', 1927.
