M.C. Majebe is an acupuncturist, naturopath, and the sole proprietor and owner of the Chinese Acupuncture and Herbology Clinic located in Buncombe County. Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-21 (1990), the Board of Medical Examiners of the State of North Carolina, on 2 January 1990, requested the Attorney General to investigate Ms. Majebe, regarding her possible violation of N.C.
