It is conceded of record that the claimant (appellee) was in the employ of the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Memorial Hospital of Henry County as a janitor on January 10, 1929, and had been so employed for about seven years prior thereto; that the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company is the insurer of the liability of the hospital; and that the relationship existing between said employer and employee is one which comes within the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law.
