This case comes to us on appeal from the judgment of the court below, sustaining the order of the industrial commissioner denying plaintiff compensation un*445der the Workmen’s Compensation Act, for injuries received to his left hand while in the employ of defendant. A motion filed by counsel for appellee to dismiss the appeal, upon the ground that the court is without jurisdiction thereof, was ordered submitted with the case, and counsel have furnished us with briefs and argument thereon.
