VRATIL, District Judge.

Plaintiff Phillip W. Frye brings this action against his former employer, IBP, Inc., which terminated his employment on September 9, 1996. Plaintiff sues IBP for invasion of privacy, breach of implied contract, and retaliatory discharge. This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion For Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. # 44) filed February 25,1998, and Defendant’s Motion For Summary Judgment (Doe. # 46) filed March 25, 1998.
