Respondent runs a retail grocery store in Columbia. Appellant conducts a bakery, and sells its bread, cakes, and pies to retail stores. Appellant’s method of doing business was similar to that of other bakeries, that is, its merchandise is intrusted to the drivers of its delivery trucks, such drivers being its agents and representatives, and each driver is required to account to appellant for all merchandise delivered to him.
