This is an appeal by plaintiff in error, who was plaintiff below, from a verdict and judgment rendered in the district court of Tulsa county. The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant, respectively.

Plaintiff filed his petition alleging the following state of facts: One Green called upon plaintiff, owner of a laundry, for the purpose of selling him a rebuilt ironer. After some negotiations plaintiff signed a written contract agreeing to pay about $4,-000 for tbe machine, the instrument reciting it constituted the entire contract between the parties, and no other warranties…
