Appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Cerbone, J.), rendered July 19, 1986, convicting defendant on two counts of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to two concurrent indeterminate prison terms of 12 Id to 25 years, held in abeyance and the matter remanded for a hearing on defendant’s motion to vacate the judgment of conviction pursuant to CPL 440.10.
