Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Cerbone, J.), rendered June 19, 1986, convicting defendant of two counts of robbery in the first degree and sentencing defendant to concurrent terms of 12 Vi to 25 years, unanimously affirmed. Order of the same court and Justice entered February 4, 1988, which denied defendant’s motion to vacate the judgment pursuant to CPL 440.10, unanimously affirmed.
