The plaintiff, Levey Miller Maretz, appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court after it granted the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendants, 595 Corporate Circle, a Connecticut general partnership, and Charles E. Weber, Jr., and Alfred J. Secondino, Jr., the only general partners. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly held that (1) a real estate listing agreement that identifies a partnership as the owner of the property and is signed by the general partners does not satisfy the requirements of General Statutes (Rev. to 1991) § 20-325a (b)* 1…
