The plaintiffs, Thomas P. Weldy and Elizabeth C. Weldy, appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the denial of their motion for summary judgment and the granting of the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendants, the Northbrook Condominium Association, Inc. (association), and the board of directors (board) of the North-brook Condominium Association, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the court improperly failed to find that a resolution issued by the board constituted an illegal amendment to the condominium’s declaration. We agree with…
