The transcript was filed January 20, 1914. On March 27, appellees filed their verified motion to dismiss the appeal, praying also for an order that the transcript *560alleged to be in possession of appellants’ attorney be returned to the files. Among the grounds urged in support of the motion are that the transcript consists of many loose leaves not bound together, and that the transcript of the documentary and oral evidence had been withdrawn by appellants from the files of this court and placed as exhibits to a complaint in a certain cause pending in the Marion Circuit Court, and that the…
