Before us is a petition for review by Hunter Douglas, Inc. from a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board and a cross-application by the Board for enforcement of its order. The portion of the order contested by Hunter Douglas involves the Board’s determination that Hunter Douglas’ discharge of most of the second-shift employees at its Maywood, New Jersey plant violated sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the Labor Management Relations Act (the “Act"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), (3), and that Hunter Douglas’ questioning of employee Victor Nunez…
