This is an appeal by Marian Fragmin, an unemployment compensation claimant, from an order of the Circuit Court of Kana-wha County. The circuit court, in effect, affirmed a ruling of the Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security holding that the claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits because she had voluntarily quit her employment. On appeal the claimant contends that the evidence does not support the conclusion that she voluntarily quit, and that the circuit court’s decision was plainly wrong.
