This is an appeal, by way of certiorari, 1 by Brenda M. Wolford from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, entered June 5, 1989, holding Ms. Wolford disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits on the ground that she quit work voluntarily without good cause involving fault on the part of the employer. W. Va. Code, 21A-6-3(l) [1988]. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand with directions.
