The appellant, Scott Gibson, appeals from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, which affirmed the ruling of the Board of Review of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security, holding that the appellant is disqualified from receiving six weeks of unemployment benefits because he quit his previous job voluntarily without good cause involving fault on the part of the employer, within the meaning of W.Va.Code § 21A-6-3(l) [1978].
