This action is before this Court upon the petition of Douglas W. Lough for an appeal from the final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, dated April 11, 1983. 1 Pursuant to that order, the circuit court affirmed the decision of the Board of Review of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security denying the petitioner unemployment compensation benefits.
