OPINION OF THE COURT

HODGE, Chief Justice.

Jevern Phillip appeals from an August 16, 2012 Judgment and Commitment issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.2 Phillip was adjudged guilty of a number of offenses, including first-degree murder, and was sentenced, inter alia, to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.3 The Court rejects Phillip’s challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence and to alleged trial errors, and affirms Phillip’s convictions.
