MOORE, Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment awarding appellees, Ina Jewel Barron and Shirley Genell Barron, a recovery against appellant, Commercial Standard Insurance Company, under the uninsured motorist provisions of an insurance policy covering the automobile occupied by appellees. Trial was before the court sitting without a jury.
