PER CURIAM: *

Stacy LeBeouf appeals the district court’s grant of Bain Manning’s motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. Le-Beouf alleges that she was deprived of her property interest in her employment when she was constructively discharged without procedural due process of law. Concluding that she has set forth a plausible claim for relief, we REVERSE and REMAND.
