An admittedly correct general statement of this case is thus made: Benjamin Roberts, a negro boy about 10 years old, lost his right arm under the wheels of a car of a moving freight train, and brought this suit by Isaac Roberts and Mary Roberts, his father and mother, as next friends, against the Houston Texas Central Railway Company, the Texas New Orleans Railroad Company, and the Galveston, Harrisburg San Antonio Railway Company, to recover therefor, laying his damages at $20,000.
