Plaintiff Peter Dalkeith Scott brings this diversity action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2) against Defendants Robert Trent Jones II (“RTJ II”) and United Publications, Inc. (“United”) for allegedly defamatory statements made by a representative of RTJ II and published by United in its newspaper entitled Golf Course News Asia-Pacific.
