On October 14,1997, United States Magistrate Judge Cohen filed with the Court his Recommended Decision regarding the separate Motions to Dismiss pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) filed by Defendants Harcros Pigments, Inc. (“Harcros”) and Walsh & Associates, Inc. (“Walsh”) (Docket No. 26).
