MANSFIELD, District Judge.
In this action for damages by stockholders of Shattuck Denn Mining Corp. against its officers, directors and others, plaintiffs charge that in violation of the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities acts the defendants engaged in a scheme to inflate and manipulate the market price of the company’s stock through various means, including misleading publicity and releases designed to stimulate a public demand for the stock.
