This action was instituted by plaintiffs for declaratory relief in connection with the enforcement of certain provisions of a zoning ordinance of defendant city as it related to property owned by plaintiffs in said city.
Plaintiffs, who are mother and daughter, own certain real property at the southeast corner of Whitley Terrace and Cahuenga Boulevard in the city of Los Angeles, upon which they maintained their home for more than thirty years.
