This is a taxpayer’s suit to restrain the treasurer and selectmen of Thompson from paying, or approving for payment, any bills of the defendant Corttis for services in performing his official duties as a member or chairman of the town school committee, and against the defendant Corttis for damages in favor of the town, on account of moneys claimed to have been already paid to him for such services.
