I. INTRODUCTION

Murat K. Aslansan, the defendant herein (hereafter “the Debtor”), filed this chapter 13 bankruptcy case on March 27, 2012. Plaintiff Commercial Properties, LLC (“the Plaintiff’) filed a complaint (“the *678Complaint”), commencing the above adversary proceeding on January 17, 2013.
